Couple's Counseling

Couple's Therapy Sessions:

Relationship counseling focuses on therapy with issues that show up in a committed relationship, regardless of marital status.

Communication difficulties often are at the core of relational imbalance, resulting in a myriad of ways: anxiety, depression and stress. Trust violations and significant life transitions threaten the heart of the relationship, cracking the very foundation of commitment.

Couples, both before and after a marriage of any gender is welcomed, including pre-marital, or pre-commitment needs. Especially challenging are couples that suffer infidelity, or the loss of a close family member or child. The immediate goal is to stabilize the relational foundation, so that trust may be rebuilt.

Couples counseling is recommended for couples who experience Postpartum depression, as in families, one person’s distress impacts one’s beloved or family members.
